How it works

iNovaLive is a self service system that allows you to send your emails to your database of customers and prospects – and track who opens the emails and what links they are interested in.

Database

It’s a simple process – you upload your email addresses into as many separate databases as you prefer – say one for key customers, one for general customers, one for prospects. In fact you can you segment your list in as many ways as you wish – by activity, importance, job title, company type and so on. The better you segment your list, the better you target.

iNovaLive takes care of the emails that can’t be delivered and customers who don’t want to receive any more mailings – the bounces and unsubscribes – as well as any referrals by your customers.

Email

You can design and upload your own email message – a sales drive, newsletter, information announcement – or we can do it for you. HTML has greater impact, but always make sure you use text as well as images so that it can be read in email clients that do not display images. Again we can help with this.

Transmit

When you are happy with your mail, simply transmit to your database – all of it or your chosen segments. It will be delivered in seconds and you can now watch as the response builds…..

Tracking the response

Login and you will instantly be able to see how many were delivered; who opened your email and what links they looked at. You will also be able to view hard bounces – those we could not deliver and soft bounces, which are deliverable but not on this occasion. You will also see any customer referrals – whether they have sent the email on to colleagues and any unsubscribes, which the system handles automatically for you.
